  product description About PTFE PTFE is made by polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene polymer,which has excellent chemical stability, corrosion-resistance, sealing, self-lubrication,nonstick, electrical insulation and good anti-aging endurance, excellent high and low temperature capability . The mechanical properties of PTFE will be improved if add some fillers, while maintaining other PTFE excellent performance.There are several varieties of fillers such as glass fiber, metal, metal oxides, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, carbon slender, polyimide, EKONOL and so on. PTFE is excellent for low friction bearings, bushes, rollers and pulleys. PTFE is also almost exclusively used in cryogenic components due to its ultra low operating temperatures. Unfilled P.T.F.E canbe characterised by the following properties: Chemically inert Insoluble in all known solvents below 300ºC High thermal stability, continuous service temperature range -270º to 260ºC Low coefficient of friction Outstanding electrical and dielectric properties Resistant to stress cracking and weathering Limited use in structural components because of low modulus of elasticity Poor wear resistance , Poor mechanical strength Non toxic EU and FDA approval for food contact applications  Description It is made of pure PTFE, can be widely used in the transport and sealing of industrial fluids.
