01.Paste Extruded Tube






The tube is made by paste extruded with disperse rsin.


0.5mm≤OD ≤ 25mm


Length is according to customer's request.









02.Plug Extruded Tube






The tube is made by plug extruded with suspension rsin.


25mm≤OD ≤ 250mm


Length is according to customer's request.









03.Molded Tube






The tube is made by molded method.


25mm≤OD ≤ 200mm


50mm≤Length ≤ 300mm

Features of PTFE Tube


1.Anti-corrosion in all kinds of chemicals including nitric acid & aqua fortis.


2.Characteristics:Low friction,Virtually no lubrication requirement,Light weight,Resistant to corrosion and abrasion, Impact resistance,Stable chemical properties,Oil resistance,High temperature resistance,Low temperature resistance,water resistance and so on.


3.Working temperature:-180°C ~+260°C.


4.Electric insulation;good dielectric in mediums.


5.Filled ptfe tube products(plastic tube pipe) Made of high-speed mixing polytetrafluoroethylene resin and certain filling resin


6.Soft and formable,Outstanding chemical properties etc.






Application of PTFE tube/pipe


1.Electrical insulation parts. ( insulation tube of cable)

4.In lining ,sealing and lubricating material,Dielectric at any frequencies.

7.Suitable for high temperature applications and are chemically inert and non-leaching


8.Used as a sleeving for protecting cables,Widely used in high pressure hose applications requiring a long flex and impulse life, etc.
